About - Mentoring in Action

	THE VISION The vision for *Mentoring in Action* emerged when a colleague asked me what I was going to do when I retired. I decided to take the leap and launch this website to share resources that could support both mentors and novice teachers. Our team has changed over the years but our mission is consistent with our core values. We do this work to support the education profession and all the students in our classrooms.
	Mission Our Mission is to transform education for students by supporting the development and well-being of novice teachers and their mentors.
