Using the Mentoring in Action: A Month by Month Curriculum book will provide an organized month-by-month curriculum for structuring mentoring conversations. These videos are offered as a resource to use in monthly support sessions with your mentors. You may also suggest your mentors use them as a refresher to begin their work each month with their novice teachers. Mentors in these videos were in the RTTT Project SUCCESS train the trainer program. Check COURSES tab to learn about graduate and professional development courses you can offer in your district.
